Poster Guidelines


We STRONGLY encourage everybody who works at Centers, Groups or Departments that receive funding from the MINDLab grant AND who work on neuroscience or cognition related topics, to participate and present a poster at this celebration. 

The poster may present:

  • result(s) from a scientific project,
  • ideas for a scientific project,
  • presentation of a scientific method or technology,
  • presentation of a research group
  • or others... 

Poster session
The poster should be handed in before Thursday 19 January 2012 at 12.00, and should be removed immediately after the meeting.
Posters will be placed randomly on the walls in the scanner area, basement of building 9D.
Hand-outs of the poster is welcome.

English is prefered, but Danish is accepted.

Re-use of poster
You are welcome to bring a poster, you have presented at another conference or symposium, as long as the content is MINDLab related. 

New poster
If you wish to make a poster for the MINDLab AU Symposium, MINDLab will cover the expenses for printing the poster at SUN-TRYK, the Faculty printing facility.
Please go to the SUN-TRYK website and get a 'rekvisition' for printing.
Fill out with all details and email the 'rekvisition' to:
The 'rekvisition' will be signed and returned to you, and you attach this document to your poster file, when sending it to SUN-TRYK for printing.
Digital poster at the MINDLab webside
Please also send your poster file (in PDF format) to for digital presentation at the MINDLab webside.

Deadline for submission is 10 January 2012.
